Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only.

Rates

New Jersey: free local delivery, no minimum. We hand-deliver these ourselves.

Everywhere else in the US: $8 flat rate.

Free shipping on orders over $65.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your label is created you will
receive a tracking number by email.

Amaserafi Store Policies
After that, delivery typically takes another 2 to 7 business days depending on where you are. We ship via USPS and UPS.
Local New Jersey deliveries are made by hand, usually within a few days, and do not come with tracking. We will be in touch to arrange timing.

Order changes
If you need to correct an address, email info@amaserafi.com as soon as
possible. Once a label is created we may not be able to change it.
We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported
missing, or for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim.

International
We are not shipping outside the United States at this time.
