Returns and Exchanges

We want you in the right size. Here is how returns work at Amaserafi.

Folklore and 2026 World Cup

These are final-run collections. They are not being reprinted, and once a size is gone it is gone. Because of that, these items are eligible for size exchanges only — not refunds.
If your piece does not fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it for a different size in the same item, subject to availability. If your size is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit for the full amount you paid.
All other items
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Exchanges: swap for a different size, or for a different item at the same price.
Returns: refunded as store credit, valid on any future drop.
Condition

Amaserafi Store Policies

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached, and free of damage, stains, odors, or pet hair. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.

Who pays shipping

You cover the cost of shipping an item back to us. We cover the cost of shipping your
replacement out. Original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot process a return we never receive.

How to start a return

Email info@amaserafi.com with your order number and what you would like
to do. We will reply with return instructions and the address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7
days of delivery with photos. We will make it right at our cost — you will not pay return
shipping, and you can choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment
method.

Local delivery in New Jersey
Orders hand-delivered in New Jersey follow the same policy. Contact us and we will
arrange pickup or exchange directly.
